Thanks for all the replies. After looking at the warning, it states that it might not fit if I was to get a HU with the drop down faceplate (i.e. where the CD feeder is behind the faceplate).

Barely fits. Trim ring was very tight. Door does close but touches just enough to push one of the dial buttons in. I plan on taking the Dremel to it eventually. Looks great though.
