So today my head unit and cigarette lighter stopped working I check the fuses and all were good. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

I'm going to guess it's electrical.

More specifically, it's probably an electrical problem in that circuit.

Did you check both fuse boxes? There's one under the hood and one under the dash.

We don't either. We also don't know what year your S is.

Have you considered supplying some details?

I had the same problem and ended up taking the car to Honda and paid $85 to get it checked out.

The cigarette lighter actually gets disconnected from the actual housing where the port sits. You need to pull out the cigarette lighter and would have to reconnect it somehow. I don't know if I'm making sense here.. Basically the cigarette lighter is actually loose and not connected properly. That is what's causing the outage. Hope this helps you out.

The lighter does look really loose. So I think that is the problem but another reasons my head unit isn't working?

That should be the ONLY reason.
