Footwell Sub
#12
There is a DIY out there for the sub in the passenger foot well, I can't seem to find it now, but basically there is Styrofoam at the back of the foot-well.
Once the Styrofoam is removed from the passenger foot-well a smaller sub can fit there without losing much leg room at all.

I'm looking into a custom setup with either dual 6's or dual 8's but I want to use full excursion subwoofers since the low profile ones just don't seem to move enough air.
It must be able to play DEEP into the lower 40-50hz range if I'm going to sacrifice footwell space.
let me do some digging this weekend into this idea

Plus I highly doubt any footwell sub will be as loud as I need it to be after looking at the space requirements.
Physics just isn't going to lie and unless someone proves me wrong I doubt it will be as loud as my custom designed trunk 10w6 setup.
