What do you guys think about this match? Would be fine being 110W into a 80rms set of components?

I have a 4 year old Sony head unit with it but I'm sure that will be fine.

Also, will the wood shelf in the boot recess be strong enough for me to mount the amp to?

Just want a few more opinions before I purchase!

Also, won't be running a sub in the near future. This should have more bass than the stock system anyway right?

Thinking Focal Amp now because...

Just bought myself a Focal BUS 20 8" active sub to go under the passengers seat (USA drivers seat!)! Been advised it should fit so shall see when it arrives! I know it won't match a proper sub, but helping out the components with a little of the bass can't be a bad thing in such a small cabin!

...plus if i'm lucky, it might sort the misses out when we are driving!!!
