Extending alarm LED light wire
I have a Python alarm and the LED wire with the red light is short. Its not mounted or anything. How do I extend the light wires so I can mount the light by by glove box? Can I just use speaker wire and extend it?

sure this is fine. Although speaker wire would be a bit thick. I would get some thinner gauge wire (same size as the LED leads), and use that. Would come out cleaner.
And of course, always solder the connections. Never use Crimp/Butt connectors.

I use "bell" wire for this kind of thing. An LED is not a high current draw, so you don't really need anything too thick. By "bell" wire, I'm talking about the stuff that comes "twinned" and goes from your doorbell button to the doorbell controller. This is the same wire that is used for garage door openers - the wire that runs between the button on the wall and the terminals on the opener itself. You may have some left over from your door opener. They usually give you twice as much as you need.
