Hey guys,

I have had a tv and dvd installed in the S for about 1 1/2. For about 6 months, when I play dvd's, i hear a static coming from the speakers. I could bare with it if im in the city, but in the highway, since i have to raise the volume up due to the engine noise, i can barely hear any dvd I play.

Now what i did find out is when if i just put the volume to play from one speaker, the driver side speaker, it works fine without any static.

I have 4 speakers in the car, one on each door and seat.

My question is due you think this is dvd related.

Also, this dvd player has a tv tuner built in. Originally when i bought it, I tried to get the tv tuner to work but it was horrible. Could only get one channel. Is it worth me buying another dvd player with tv tuner or are all tv tuners pretty bad.
