also on the jvc... i've heard.. not sure if it's correct or not.. but if you're listening to a disk of mp3's (on a cdr).. it doesn't read the file names??... and if you're in the middle of a song and you get out and come back in, it resets the whole disk again? like it doesn't save the spot you're in the song??...
is this ture? or just someone giving out false info cause it's a JVC and not an Alpine headunit??

it resets the song not the entire disc. that would suck if starts from the beginning. I can't say how it will be on CDRs.
I burned my dvd's using NERO. It burned in alphabetical order. Also it changes songs and folders pretty quickly. I have an Eclipse 2494 in my Titan using mp3 cd's and it's much slower.
I haven't figured out if you can fast scan the song though. also the power really makes the stock speakers sound much better. I'm replacing them soon.
