here's my contribution...sorry for the large pics (no photoshop at work)

Just curious how you guys post up pics that are just big enough for a single page displayed on the monitor with those cool borders?

If your RHD and you have the bezel... take the dash off. The dash has mounting points right on it. Cut the hole and snap it in. Couple of clips you'll need to order but no big deal.
Hey, I have a RHD and am about to rip my dash to shreds..

what are these clips you are talking about, do i need them and where do i get them from?

can someone give me some golden rules and/or guides to cutting an RHD dash for a JDM bezel and a 7" screen.

thanks!

A couple of weak pics I took when I got home. I went the flip out route and am satisfied with my set-up.

Awesome install!

How did you determine where to cut? How did you secure the unit? Is there backing or anything solid to secure to in there?

The dash material looks really flush with the unit Mine started to stretch after a little while so it looks a little wrinkled. They did a good job on yours though, especially for $200

Usually if you go to an auto upholstery shop you can find the vinyl that will match pretty well. I had my dash completey customized in my Integra back in 2000 and we recovered the whole thing in a vinyl that was really close to factory. Good luck.
