Well my bezel is finally going into the paint shop on Monday to get it gel coated and then flush mounted. I'm hoping I have enough clearance out back so the bezel will look flush like this one!

Already but and shaved many items back there but there still seems to be very little room.

If your RHD and you have the bezel... take the dash off. The dash has mounting points right on it. Cut the hole and snap it in. Couple of clips you'll need to order but no big deal.

Are you 100% sure of this? I know there is a separate part no for the dash with the hole in it.

I have a spare dash in my shop. I can take a picture of it for you if you need to see the back of the dash.

That would be great, thanks. I wonder if the LHD dash has any fittings?

My dash is a left hand drive I'm in the US. However I can't see why they would be in the RHD car's.

Yeah, that is why I mentioned it. I mean, the nav option is only available in RHD, and some people seem to think the RHD dash will have a pop or cut out panel. I doubt the LHD does but it would still be interesting.

Yeah there's no pop out panel... I wish. I'll try and remember to take a few pictures tomorrow.

Well, it's interesting that you guys bring up the pop-up panel question. I originally bought the JDM bezel to mount my screen. I pulled off my dash to get a better look at things and while there definitely is not a pop out panel, there are indeed mounting points that the JDM bezel will clip into. Granted, the curve of the dash is still wrong but it makes me wonder if there were ever nav plans for the LHD cars. I do remember reading on here somewhere that some European LHD's have nav as an option. Oh well, had to do it the hard way but it sure would have been nice to have an OEM piece.

Interesting. If the LHD dash has mounting point I guess it's a cinch that the RHD does too. Should make it easier to know where to cut.
