Current draw of power antenna?
Does anyone know the current draw of the power antenna? Unfortunately my multimeter took a crap on me.
I'm running a pioneer DEH80PRS - the accessory wire has a capacity of 300ma. I have two amps running off a relay that is switched on by the accessory wire. I also have the accessory wire hooked up to my power antenna - not the relay. For some reason I was getting terrible reception with the power antenna hooked up directly to the relay.
However, now one of amps keeps shutting off randomly. Could the relay/power antenna combo be drawing too much current?
