Default BA sub/Alpine amp combo

Hi all,

First of all i've been doing a LOT of searching and reading here as I look to upgrade my stock system. I've got an Alpine HU w/Modifry on the way and just ordered my Polk MMC6500 components.

Last pieces of the puzzle are amp and sub (I plan to get one of the ebay tool welll boxes).

This combo seems to fit my needs well but I've only been reading here for a week or so and I'm hoping you guys can make sure I don't do anything stupid.

I'm thinking the Alpine PDX 100.4 amp to power the components and this BA G110 sub

I went with this sub because of the reviews (musical, sound quality, etc), and because it doesn't need a ton of power (50-200W RMS).

I think I've read this from a million other people so just add me to the list... I'm looking for excellent full-range sound and enjoy bass myself but not necessarily into sharing it with others.

So.... any input is much appreciated!

Thanks

Travis

Thanks... too late though.

See my other thread ("bought wrong sub")

The DVC4 Boston w/ PDX-4.150 presented some issues... I ordered the single voice coil G2 (stepped up from G1) instead and will have to ebay the DVC one.
