I had a small dent on my rocker panel from a Jeep that got in my way and I had to dodge and hit a curb. Really tiny depression.

$340 and two days later- I go to pick up the car tonight and the paint work and repair work is unsatisfactory. So I'm was unable to install the deck tonight! Bummer on both fronts.

Sorry to hear.

Still ugly. =)

I need to do some test fitting now, to make sure everything is good dimension and looks wise then I'll either sand and modify it a bit more, or begin the carpeting... I think I have enough left.

How much body filler (bondo) did you use? Last time, I bought a gallon, but had left over. I am a few coats away from using bondo. So far just using resin.

I should have bought a gallon, but I ended up just buying two quarts (whatever the smaller standard container of bondo gold is).

I used both can's.

Just wanted to note, how light the body filler is on the outside, when sanding I hit fiberglass no problem, it was just used to get it smoothed out. Although it doesn't look it, for the most part it's quite smooth to the touch.

I could hand sand, but I think it's smooth enough that with carpet on it won't matter. I will test fit the carpet to be sure.

dsms2k, modifry is the guy making the electrical products.

The DCI is the device used to interface the dash controls with an after market stereo.

The Harness is just a regular Honda -> Stereo harness, but it has a few extra leads for the DCI interface built in.

I threw some paint on so I could see the highs and lows better in the event they show through better with the carpet on, but I have my doubts they will.

I got the DCI and Kenwood installed today and I'm pleased to say that both the DCI and the Kenwood are working great!

The kenwood looks real slick and goes well with the s2k's look and feel. The DCI is all wired up and works great. Super happy with those purchases now.

I also spent a sizable time, and ran 3 sets of monster RCA cables, and speaker wire for all of the speakers, including the bass shakers.

Now I just need to buy some speakers, finish the sub box, and install the remaining components.

I'd take pictures but my iphone died today. =(
