I was just in the car looking for a good spot for the swivel mount as suggested. I don't want to drill any holes or anything b/c this won't be permanent.
Maybe need to start looking for aftermarket head units. Any recommendations? Where is the best location to mount the XM receiver and adaptor?

you could also upgrade to an 04 head unit and use the factory x/m although it's a bit pricey
as a side note i mounted my x/m receiver under the passenger's seat and ran a wire up to my head unit

the goose neck mounts don't require drilling or glueing or anything. they go on the bolt of your passenger seat and have the goose neck up towards you or wherever you bend the gooseneck to. the roady2 has a c-clip bracket with a standard nokia-style mount and that will just clip on.
Here's an example (pictured with skyfi but it's the same clip as a roady2)

then for best results, if you're keeping the stock HU, get the PIE adapter into the AUX.
If you want a cleaner install, and still keep the stock HU, then get a commander. i can hook you up with a deal.
If you want to get rid of the stock HU, then your options are almost limitless. alpine, kenwood, sony, pioneer all work with XM Direct.

HI: I installed my SKfi (nearly the same as a Roadie ) on a swival mount from Crutchfield I mounted to the plastic "cheek" piece just to the right of the HU compartment. I did eventually have to drill 3 small holes to screw it in place BUT the holes would be out of sight and could be easly filled with epoxy if you changed your mind. I would inclose pictures but for some reason I can't get to them on the gallery at this time. I installed a new Alpine HU along with the job so can't say anything about use of the PIE addapter. I usually run my XM on the bench at work so wanted to be able to remove the reciever.
