I was planning on making myself an amp rack, but im not sure how the top view of it looks like. I mean i could measure it myself, but i'd rather see a picture of the top view first. In that case, ill know what i should be expecting while cutting the board. So does anybody have a top view of there amp rack? if so, please post pictures please.

 

If you want, I have the MDF pieces already cut out but not assembled that I can sell you. These were used as the original template for the spare tire amp rack that Pas2kNut is now selling. I didn't put them together because I don't have any carpet left.

Are you referring to the one over the spare tire or something else? I have mine built right over the gas tank area so I can actually still put my spare tire in that cubby hole for long trips

Here is what I used to make my rack a couple of weeks ago. Took me about 30 minutes to make and it turned out great.

The curved side will be on the left as you install it. That curved cut is a free cut so you might have to cut and trim a couple times until you are happy with the fit.

The two smaller pieces go under the main board right on the lip. These support the amp.

Grab a piece of MDF and start sawing
