Thumbs up Alpine HU

http://www.alpine-usa.com/US-en/products/p...?model=iDA-X305

This is the HU I plan on picking up, so here is the question. The unit specs say that its steering wheel button ready = to the bottons we have. Now do I need the DCI for this unit to function with the rest of my controls or with the HU's features take care of this for me?

"steering wheel remote ready" in Alpine-speak means it has a jack on
the back for a wired remote, but you'll still need an interface.
I believe Alpine makes one, PAC certainly does, and of course there's
the Modifry DCI.
