I have seen 5.25 4x6 and even some 6.5 speakers done. When placing them flush on the plastic...the 4x6 fit perfectly. I'm thinking a 5x7 would work pretty well too and the larger size would allow for some bass. What are your thoughts? I have an upgraded deck with Polk coaxials in the front. It sounds much better than stock, but for another 50 bucks or so I can add the rears which seems to make decent improvements based on what others have said.

I dont see how that would help considering the seats will cover the speakers. If you want added bass, add a single sub to the tool tray area in the trunk.

Many people on the boards have said, putting speakers behind the seats helps a lot with the sound experience.
