Default Waiting time before alignment

I remember on my old car, when putting on the the Eibach Pro-Kit lowering spring, it was advisable to wait 3-5 days and wait for the springs to settle before getting an alignment.

Is it the same for coil overs? Once I put on my new KW clubsport coil over, is there a certain time or a waiting period before I get my alignment done?

Thank you guys in advance.
