Default Tein Flex Coilovers

Does anyone else run these on their S? I have them on my car and the ride is terrible. I have the rears all the way down, and the fronts like 28 threads or so from the bottom. Ive been messing with the stiffness with the rears and fronts but have yet to find a good setting. Just curious what other people are running on their settings. I did a search but found nothing on what people were running setting wise. Hopefully someone can provide some input.

OP

I have the same suspension which I installed a few years ago so my memory may not serve me well. I believe I have the front set at 4 clicks (from hardest setting) and the rear set at 8 clicks (from hardest setting). Also what do you mean when you say you "have the rears all the way down"? If you have it at the lowest setting then you may be bottoming out or not getting enough suspension travel. In that case I would adjust accordingly. Hope that helps some...good luck.

spring preload should be zero.
lowering shouldn't be too crazy (anhything more than 30mm is too much).
for comfort street ride you should be about 2-6 clicks from the softest.(10-14 clicks from stiffest)

Thanks for all the replies guys, my spring preload was pretty much non existent. I tightened her up a bit and it feels a lot better.
