Swift Spec R springs
Hi all,
I bought these springs to lower my car and before I install them I would like to ask some questions. Will I have a problem if I plan to install these on stock shocks/struts? Or will I need to purchase them?
Thanks

I'm about to put a set on an '04 AP2. How do you like yours? I'll be using stock struts as well.

In for pics! I just bought Swift Sport springs and a spare set of ap1 struts to mount them to. I got the sport springs because they are slightly less of a drop, and more closely match the factory spring rates. My concern with the spec R springs was wear on the struts, and a possible bouncy ride.

Per Swift, the Sport Springs were specifically matched to an AP1 and the Spec R's to the AP2 CR. Has anyone done a review of the Spec R's for the S2000? I'm interested from a handling and ride quality rather than the drop.
I have an 04 AP2 and the Sport Springs look like they will move me closer to an AP1 setup than the CR. I don't want to increase over-steer over what I currently have.

OEM Spring Rates:
Swift Sport Spring Rates:

So, comparing the "Sport Springs" to stock, they most closely match '04-'07 fronts, and CR rears. The "Spec R" most closely matches the CR front and CR rear, but is more over-sprung than the "Sport" is.

Thanks guys! Found a review here: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/933...t+spec+springs
Turns out the Forum search has issues if I put special characters like "Spec-R" as the parameters. Hopefully they won't mess up my AP2 shocks, would probably replace them with CR shocks if they did.
