Default suspension choices

hi s2ki, i need help with suspension decision making, i am currently stock ap1 suspension with espelir lowed springs. i plan on making my car into a time attack car in the future, but at this current moment i can't decide which suspension to go with Ohlins DFV, Stance Suspension with custom Ohlins DFV Valving, or BC racing. can't decide what would be good for the future of my car.

Eibach R2 coilovers should be in the conversation too. Time attack cars seem to have success with those as well, but I've never tried them.

There are plenty of positive reviews of Ohlins DFV and KW V3 - just a matter or your capabilities and budget

Lol ^ he's probably right, unless you mean by time attack a fast HPDE car.

If you want to suck:

Megan
Tein
BC
D2
Etc...

If you wan to go faster
KW
DFV
Bilstein
AST
Etc ...

If you want to win:

Penske
MCS
JRZ
TTX
Etc.

To be competitive with a time attack car, you have to have a decent budget. KW offers their clubsport set that has infinitely adjustable rebound damping, and is made from really high quality materials for a long life. It also features race springs and race top hats.

It all depends on what your budget is though. If you want to take the car on the track but not compete professionally, I recommend looking at something with slightly less adjustability. You could stick with a KW but go with the Variant 1 that would be a bit more affordable as well.

Thanks goods for the help, I've been looking at ohlins DFV. My budget is currently small but funds should open up soon. What do you guys think of stance suspension with custom valving?
