Default Suitable adjustable Coilovers for Track and Road

Just as the title suggests, i'm after a set of coilovers that are easily adjustable so that the ride is nice and soft and enjoyable on the road, however when i track the car i can change it to hard for an increase in handling/grip and what not.

I'm not fussed about ride height on track but horrible roads around my area mean potholes will ruin my life with the bodykit i plan on getting.

Thanks in advance.

Bilstein PSS9 are not too harsh and easily adjustable from the top, as are any from the Nitron range.
Many members with these.

For outright track, stiff springs and total adjustability, maybe KWv3/KW Clubsport or Tein Monoflex circa £1400 a set.
I run KWv3 so can help, the TEINS are popular in Japan and MB will soon be running some with electrically adjustable ride from the dashboard (EDFC controller).

These sounds like what i need, i assume you can adjust the damping to make it softer for road use? Or is it just HARD and harder.

The springs are a little on the soft side making the ride nice, you can stiffen up the dampening a bit for track and it may help but overall it's the spring that matters, the shock helps complement and control the spring
