Update: So, after a couple more track days, I found out that the rear pads wear faster on the S2000 than any other car I've owned (I've never had a VW, which I've heard have surprising rear brake bias).
I've now installed a set of rear Stoptech Street Performance pads (part #309.05370, ordered via eBay from carpartsking.com for only $37.26) and moved to Hawk HP Plus pads in front, along with 2.5" ducting to minimize heat buildup to the front rotors/pads. I'll report back on how the rear Stoptech pads hold up to track duty in a few months.

I killed a set of rear OEM pads in one weekend last year. I got them to the backing plate pretty easily. I also found that my rear rotors were hotter than the fronts which is probably a large contributor to the pads going out so fast. That's all been fixed now.
