Default Seized brake caliper?

I have this metal on metal rotating noise which I originally thought was my differential or axles until I saw this.

Also this.

Zero clearance, ebrake down if that makes a difference.
So what would be the appropriate route of action?
Could I simply swap the entire caliper and brake pad? Would there be additional trouble doing so seeing as the caliper seems to be stuck to my rotor?
Any help appreciated. Thank you.

You'll have to turn or replace the rotor.

The caliper you can replace. You can take it apart to see how your piston is looking.

Rebuild kit from Honda is cheap, there's a DIY on here somewhere...

Do you personally have anything against AM OEM replacement rotors from a parts store?
