Rear left brake caliper

Rear left brake caliper
The left rear caliper isn't working as it should after changing the brake lines to fit a braided stainless steel set. Following the advice I read here I took it apart to put some grease on the springs, but no luck. It seems it brakes a bit more than it should, sometimes making a strange noise that disappears as soon as I pull the handbrake lever. That wheel gets hotter due to extra-friction and it's harder to push the car when parking it ... a long story.
A new caliper in a Honda dealer is a freaking expensive 300€, about 400$ to you, so I thought maybe an Accord caliper from a breaker would bolt on. Brake discs diameter, or rotors as you call them is the same, 282mm, or 11,1", but I'd like to be sure whether they'll fit or not before buying it.
Any ideas providing I live in Spain?

did you ever do a parking brake adjustment ?, have you lubed the guide pins on the caliper assembly in recent times ?. I assume you have in moving towards caliper replacement but just checking, I don't have an answer on the caliper swap though, sorry.
