Technically replacing low mileage bushings with these would still be an improvement no? Less flex since they are 20-40% stiffer than stock...

I ordered the AP1 PowerFlex set, Spoon compliance bushings and Spoon lower damper bushings. The Spoon bushings are pricey, but this will effectively refresh 100% of the rubber bushings currently in use on my car. I'm very interested to test out the PowerFlex poly setup.

I thought so as well, but many people on the forum (threads about bushings) said I wouldn't notice the difference too much.
Anyone with experience chime in??

Would a 6 ton press be enough to do the installation?
I just got my order in the mail today! I started the install and was able to rent one of those free bushing presses from advance auto parts. It uses a HEAVY c-clamp and ratchet. I bought a 1-ton arbor press from harbor freight to do the job, but it looks like I won't need it. I also just bought the mugen compliance bushings because it seems the collar of the compliance bushing seized and tore the bushing. Anyway, if you need any tips on installation, let me know. I've just finished the front upper arms and took some pictures. I plan to post the DIY soon.
