Wooden. Pedal travel was fine, just not stopping!

Maybe I mentioned previously, not sure... but when it first happened I legit thought I had accidentally put the OEM pads on instead of the track pads. So if you know that feeling, that's what I was experiencing.

Your pads are the issue.
Not the rotors. Although your pads may have glazed the rotors and potentially ruined them.

Buy trackable pads for the track.
Buy blank rotors for them.

If you want, use a 2nd set of streetable pads on the street, like you were planning. But buy new blank rotors for those as well.
