Hey guys,
Ip just installed my eibachs on Sunday and I was wondering if a 2 finger gap is normal?
Also my right side sits higher than my left side, is there anyway to fix this?

Thanks,
Jay

hi,

i also installed eibachs.

2 fingers all around is what i have also.

my right front sat about .25" higher, and it settled out to where i don't notice it over some time. there is still a little bit of a height difference though but doesn't effect handling.

hope u enjoy them, i enjoy mine...they've been going really awesome for a little bit now.

Has anyone ever been able to find out H&R's spring rates?
I'd like to know that also...a few posts back a guy said he contacted H&R and the spring rates were 35 k/mm 55 k/mm...which converts to 200lbs and 314lbs in the rear... which makes the spring rate as soft or near 00-01 oem spring rate (218/291)...how can that be right? the teins I have are 268/330...the h&r's are much softer up front, maybe to increase turn in response or decrease traction issues up front while turning? ...anyone care to elaborate on any of this or post a pic ( which I haven't seen yet ) of a s2000 lowered on h&r springs? h&r's are to give a 1.25 inch drop all around which I believe is the same as the tein s tech's...ANYONE?

Thinking about ordering the Ebach pro kit 4043.140. Will I need the camber kit too?

I would'nt think i'd need it for just a 1 inch drop.

Will I need a alignment afterward?

Tried searching but no luck.

Honestly you didn't search hard enough. There are a number of post about this.

Camber kit not needed.

I would get an alignment for sure though. Get an alignment package if you can. I have a year plan and it was $125. I have had the car aligned like 5 times and I still have a few months left on it.

The previous owner had mine lowered and i have no idea what spring it's got on there, is there a way to check? also is there anywhere i could get just one? they seem to mostly sell in sets of 4 but only one of my springs is going out and making the tire skid on the wheelwell. makes me cringe every bump..

Skunk2 springs after few days of install
8 up front 9 rear.
OEM tire spec's.... 55's front & 50's rear.

I like it , but I wish it was just half an inch lower all the way around. Im going to cut them and see how its gonna look and ride. I just wanna get them close to the tire so I have no or slight small finger gap.... Ill keep you guys updated.

i wouldnt suggest cutting them. but they are your springs and you can do what you please.

also, not the finished product but here are some Swift Spec R springs about, they ahve been on for a few months. will have more pictures when i get my car back from the shop next week.

1.2 inch drop front and rear on oem shock/Struts. im in need of an alignment.
