hummm, koni yellows $508 and eibach pro-kit at $225= $833 or mergan racing coilovers at $840?
someone, told me that if i were to get coilover i could end up with a car that handles worse, because i would not tune the suspension. if i were to get the koni + eibach, this would help me more than the megan. anyone want to give there opinion?

p.s. i dont track at all, there are no tracks where i live unless i drive 6 hours away. and i haven't autox yet but i will.

Picked up some Eibach Pro Kit springs yesterday. Can't wait to throw them on. Should get rid of some of that wheel well gap I have right now. Looks a bit funny. How long do they usually take to settle? I got a sweet deal on them used($130) they have around 500 miles on them I was told. Should they be settled or should I give them time to settle once installed?

Get an alignment right after the install. IF the springs settle at all, they won't settle much, and if your alignment guy leaves your ticket open, you may be able to get a free realignment if the car settles enough to throw the alighment off. Talk to your alignment guy and see what you can work out.

Do not drive the car without having it properly aligned any longer than you must. Best to go straight to the alignment shop after the install.

Also, during the spring install, DO NOT FORGET to preload the suspension before tightening things back down.

Check out the sponsors on this site. Tirerack, ebay etc. They are sold in many many places.

Definitely good choice. Just got mine on today and I love it. Really feels like stock so far. Need an alignment to see how the handling feels after. Bumps are really no worse than with the stock springs in. Lowered an inch and got rid of most of the ugly wheel gap I had. Very happy with them!

I got my "King" Springs put in yesterday and my car is on it's ass! you can just put half ur fingers under the guard at the front and nothing at the back.
I wanted the Eibach springs but they dont sit low enough and they cost too much.
Wheel alignment is a must.
The whole setup cost me $307(springs)+215 (fitting) - $522 australian dollars!!
Coilover = track IMO
check out the king springs on ebay.com.au
Hope this helps

Ok, im sort of new but bare with me...
If i get the Eibach Pro Kit from Link
Can i still keep my Struts? My uncles is a machanic and would be able to help me with installation. So yeah, is it possible to but just the springs and lower the car..then get an alignment? Will everything be good?

Edit** If you follow the link it wont specify the price...?

Yes all the lowering springs can be used with stock shocks. With brand new springs I think most poeple recommend letting the springs settle a little bit before getting an alignment. But as Redmx5 said if you can get them to keep the work order open and just return if the springs do in fact settle more that would be the optimal choice.
