I have the RS*R TI200 springs. These springs are made with titanium,

From the website, RS*R describes the springs as:
"The lowering spring has been around for ages. But the materials, treatments and technology to which each spring is made from has now taken a new turn. With cutting edge technology, the Ti2000 springs are composed of titanium, providing weight reductions of 25% compared to the traditional lowering spring. Along with weight reductions, the Ti2000 springs have improved resistance to corrosion, spring strength, and responsiveness."

I have had these springs on my car for a few years now, and love them.

Specs on the springs:

Lowering 20mm front/35mm rear, or .8/1.4
Spring rate 4.68kg front/5.95kg rear, or 262/332

RS*R is the biggest aftermarket spring mfg in Japan. This is one of their best they make.

does anyone have any experience with 07 springs and 08springs. The rate on the 08 springs seem to have gone up a bit. The 08 drives more smoothly on local roads but on the highways seems a little bumpy.

anybody have any experience?

does anyone make springs that are progressive besides for eibach and swift?

i have espelir asd on backorder from gruppe-s.. taking forever

i used to want a the ASD drop, a tad more in back.. but now i have nsx wheels with 16''F and 17''R. so maybe i dont want the rear lower now. front looks higher because of the 16'' wheel. so maybe a 1F/1R'' drop.. a la S-Tech.

hmmmmm

When I read the specs provided here, I see spring rates that vary soo much. Some are softer in the front, some are stiffer, some are close f/r. How can all these companies come up with such different setups to accomplish similar goals? (ride height aside)

What would you guys recommend for performance? I want to completely eliminate understeer without making the tail go nuts. I don't want to drop too much (~.5"-~1.2")Since the sways and current spring rates are relevant, I have an 02' S.

The difference from stock to aftermarket spring rates can vary greatly. I'm not saying that has to be a bad thing. Still, I don't know which ones increase or decrease handling ability. I can't see all these spring choices improving the handling of my car seeing how different they are from each other.

Basically, what spring choice would be the best for handling? I plan on keeping the stock shocks at least for now and then upgrade later on.
Anyone have some insight of the effects of handling of any of the choices? I know that stiffer in the rear or softer in the front makes more oversteer and vice versa makes understeer. What I want to know is what choice(s) make the RIGHT amount of oversteer (not alot more than stock or less than that) with zero or the least possible understeer. When I say right I mean for performance driving not like doing doughnuts or something lol.

As of now, I'm thinking the RSR titanium springs or Eibach pro kit.
My latest idea though was CR springs with aftermarket shocks on lower perch for .5" drop.
I know this is a tough question because alot of setups can seem "nice."
I don't care much for the ride quality either.
TIA for any advice!
