Default No Brakes After caliper removal and bleeding

Car is a '02. I got some flak from a few people about how well kept my car is, and everything but my brake calipers look terrible. Well, they're rusted a little and I decided to take them off wire wheel them, and paint them. I got them all back no the car, and of course almost all the brake fluid is out of the brake system now. So I start from the(1) front Driver side front and go clockwise, (2) front passenger side, (3) rear passenger side, (4) rear driver side. This is the proper Honda Bleed procedure. To do it, I pumped the brakes 3 times, had a friend open the bleeder screw and I held down the pedal, and he closed it, we did this to the entire car, about 3-7 times to get the air out, still the pedal goes to the floor almost all the way.

1 ABS sensor is broken on the car, the rear passenger side, but I can't figure out why the brake still will go to the floor, I have also ZERO braking power. Could there be air in the master cylinder or ABS pump? I had a different S2000 shaved and tucked the engine bay, took the ABS pump out all the brake lines and calipers, re-installed them, and bleed the system with ZERO issues.. I hope there is something I am doing incorrect here.

Thank you.

UPDATE: 6/1/2012 - Problem has been diagnosed, fixed, and i have total operation of my brakes.

Did you allow all of the fluid to drain from the system? If so, not good. Normally you cap off the lines even removing the caliper.... I'm gonna bet you have huge air pockets in the system....

you might have to run through the sequence quite a few times if all the fluid drained

you're going to be pushing more than 2 bottles of fluid through the system before you get a solid pedal. Go buy a cheap gallon from walmart and use that when you get a good pedal use something quality. no sense in wasting the good stuff.

Never let it empty because now you can have air in the master or maybe the abs pump

Yes it is all drained, I will run through this cycle a few more times, the issue I feel is more or less air in the MC, but I will keep trying! The last S2000 I had I had the calipers off for months the ABS pump off for months and the MC and brake booster off, Had a friend help me run through the procedure with no issues!

What this guy said. You're gonna have to use quite a bit of fluid and multiple sessons to get the pedal back. I use a vacuum pump to do a combination of reverse-bleeding, vacuum bleeding, and also 2-person pedal bleeding in situations like yours...
