Default megan track coilovers

Thinking about pulling the trigger on these? Anyone have anything bad to say about em? So far pepple have told me there lighter than stock and stiffer and adjustable. I dont track my car but I wudnt mind some stiffer suspension for the street... ?

I wouldn't suggest them as they are junk.

Do yourself and your S2k a favor, if you're looking for a mild street suspension upgrade look into Buddy Club N+ or Tein flex coilovers. Trust me.

I know thats the general consensus but ive had personal conversations with people who have em and not 1 complaint. I know there not the best but seems like there not the crappy ones.

Prior to my s2k, I had megan coilovers on my turbo prelude. Subsequently, after selling the Prelude, I purchased a set of megan tracks on my s2k...this was a LONG time ago when I didn't know any better lol. I was in a similar situation as you're in currently. I wanted a cheap set of coilovers, nothing too fancy, just for the street. Well, I can tell you that you will get that stiff/harsh ride (they don't damper). Many people misconstrue a stiff ride translates to better handling...false! Inevitably, my passenger side rear shock blew, and I decided to invest into a quality set of coilovers. I went with Buddy Club RSD...HUGE difference. I wish I used that money spent on the Megan coils for something else.
