In my personal opinion they perform better, not over stiff and in no way bouncy, i dont track my car i daily drive it, and for me its perfect. And yes they are extremely simply to adjust. I have like 8k miles on mine.

So just by looking at this graph, would this be good enough for dd usage and the occasional spirited runs? thanks
Yes, this is a shock dyno.

I overlayed my max forces from my Koni shocks on your graph. It's not exact, but close. It looks like there is enough rebound, based on the fact that I do not use max rebound. but the compression side looks weak, like I suspected.

Overall I'm surprised that the rebound is digressive. They will be comfortable, since they lack sufficient compression forces, even at max. The other thing to remember, this is a megan produced graph, so verifying these forces on your exact set of shocks is important. The front/rear graphs need to match as well.

ilovat12- thanks for your opinion and facts.

05apdeuce- thanks to you as well.

robinson- i will be getting these shortly and will do a short review once i get them installed. thanks to you i now know a hand full of knowledge on coilovers. keep in mind, i'm not tracking these coilovers so they should be just fine; especially for what i was looking for at a very reasonable price.

i wonder though, where do i go to get a shock dyno done at? thanks.

Athough I would love to have them a little stiffer. Same here. These are ez, Megan describes it "conservative spring weight" on the EZ coilovers. ya,
you cant slam your cars on these. I still have 1.5 finger gap on full slam in the rears. These are budget coilovers for a reason. Also on rough roads, running full slam is a bad idea on these, it just bottoms out. (very annoying) I plan to switch these out for something double the price. but if your cheap, get the regular megan racing street versions.

They ride good on smooth roads, better than stock.
