Default Loud noise coming from rear. Hub assembly?

My s has developed a loud noise from the rear driver side. I can't really explain it, so I recorded a video that I posted a link to below. I noticed it on my way home today from class. At first I thought it was the car next to me, and then I realized it was my car. I didn't hear it on the way to class, and it rained, so I started thinking it was a little rust on my brakes from the rain. The noise never went away, and I started to notice it only starts when I get some speed, and will make noise till I stop. It won’t do it when I just roll slowly from a stop. I made a short video, and you can hear the noise more towards the end of the video as I slow down. I tried to pull the e-brake and put it back down, thinking the e-brake was sticking, but it still does it. The noise will start whether the brakes are applied or not too. Anyone got any ideas what this is coming from?
