Default KW v3 users, adjusting height and no change

I adjusted my kwv3s, lowering the lower perch to lower the ride height. I lowered the driver rear 3 turns but it was debatable if the ride height changed after. I measured the preload distance and it is at the lowest setting in the kw range, but I still have a one finger gap. Anyone had this happen? I read on a BMW forum I might need to check the torque specs. Anyone have the torque specs for the kwv3 or have other possible suggestions? If your running 18s in the rear is it not an accurate assumption that you could be lower than one finger gap? Any feedback would be great.

I'm having the same problem as well. I'm on 18's and I'm able to get one side to a finger gap but the passenger's side isn't the same height even though the perches are the same height. I guess I'm going to have to check the other settings to make sure they're the same but I'm not sure if that will make a difference.

If I recall correctly the kW threading is approximately 3 turns per 1mm ride height change.

As another poster said; you need to bounce the suspension up and down to make sure it's not binding.

Also bc of the difference in corner weight you may need to adjust one side more than another side.

Did you preload the suspension before tightening the a-arms?
