Koni Yellows/Swift springs or coilovers?
Trying to decide between konis/swift springs or a budget minded coilover setup. My car is daily driven with occasional track days. With driving pretty aggressively on the track. Which would be more suitable?
Thanks for your input!

Wich spring rate you would like to have ?
I love so much my Tein Monoflex, but my car is not a daily driven (only 2 000km/year).
Maybe it's a little bit too hard for you ? 671/551 for the Monoflex.
Otherwise, maybe Koni and Ground Control or Swift is the way to go with 500/400 spring rate.

Iam thinking about the Swift Spec R's which are 7.5k fr and 7k rear. I really don't mind a hard ride. I just want whatever will give me the best track performance for around what the konis/swifts will cost me. I was just thinking that a quality spring/ shock combo might outperform a cheap coilover setup. Although the BC's seem to be proving fairly well. And I believe they are just a bit more.
