Koni Yellows and Swift Spec R springs a good match?
Would Koni Yellows and Swift Spec-R springs be a good match and still keep off of the bumpstops? Do the Konis have proper valving for these springs, are they comparable to the CR's which the Swift Spec-R are a good match for? I want to be lowered to a finger gap or two above the tires.

Yes, I would say so. I'd personally just put them on the top perch and be done with it.

I'm still new to this forum, and learning about the S, but I can offer my opinion based on my Subaru experience.
Koni struts were some of the best aftermarket struts one can buy for a Subaru, on par, or even better than Bilstein, depending on the use.
With Swift springs, you get a very well manufactured spring, with great quality control. All springs vary in spring rate from one to another of the exact same spring, but Swift has tighter tolerances to give you a set that matches quite nicely.
From my experience with Subarus, I can say that Koni's and Swift's is a great setup. A noticeable upgrade from stock, but not brain-rattling stiff.
I don't think that really helps with your S2000 specific question, but I can tell you that from a quality standpoint, they are great products. I'm also curious to see if anyone on here has a similar setup.
