Do I need special konis to run this setup, or special ground control coilovers. I recently purchased koni yellows and I want to get GC coilovers so I'm wondering if I wasted money on the konis or if it'll still workout.

nothing special you just need the ground control coil sleeves for the koni yellows/sport
they maybe different from the sleeves for the OEM shocks maybe not

I have the koni's now and will be ordering the gc kit this weekend. Ive been reading about the koni's only being able to handle a certain height in spring rate, and that the car cn not be to low on the koni's or it will be on the bump stops. Can anyone please recomend the stiffest spring rate the koni's CAN handle and what is a good height to go with to be able to USE the suspension to its fullest. The car is used in twistie road mountain attacks and one to two track days maybe a year. Not a dd though. But is on the streets none the less
