Default How low before fender liners need to be removed?

So I bought my S2000 used. It was heavily modded. The previous owner had it dropped and removed the fender liners.

I raised the car a bunch, due to poor local roads. I want to put the fender liners back in.

My question is how low before removal is nesecery? Does fender rolling affect the liners fitment??

Yeah, if you roll the front, usually the fender liner tabs (metal) are cut off and then the liner itself is trimmed. At least that's how mine are done.

The line is stiff/rigid enough to hold its shape.

Rubbing the liner depends on how low and tire size.

Any pics of the trimming? The care came with pretty aggressive wheel offsets. I bet the tabs are gone.
