Default HELP with rack and pinion install!

Hi i bought 2001 s 2000 from copart auction and when u buy a car from there they dont drive them out the have a fork left pick up the car and put in on the transport but ne ways when they pick it up the fork hit the right tire and broke the rack and pinion. Replaced it but now I start the car it has no power steering when I drove forward the car steering wheel turn all the way to the right and stays there. What could this be? any help would be great I am a newb, not sure if these car have power steering I did not see a spot to fill it if power steering is low or they are electric?

The power steering is electric on these cars. you should have an dash light on if it isn't working right. Try checking fuses.. and get it aligned to get the steering wheel straight.
