Default Help with koni coilover install

I'm in the middle of installing Koni coilovers and I've run into a bit of a snag. I have revalved double adjustable Koni sports with Koni threaded sleeves and hyperco springs. Front springs are 900# 8"x2.5", rear springs are 750# 8"x2.5". The coilovers are on the car with the spring perches in the lowest possible position and the ride height is 14.5" hub to fender. I preloaded the control arm bolts at each corner according to helm manual. What am I missing?

Do you have helper or tender springs?

Are the sleeves as low as they can go on the bodies?

You are missing the problem, which I can't tell from reading this post.

I just looked at one of the front shocks, it looks like there's 2 snap ring grooves below the bottom of the threaded sleeve. I'm guessing the problem is the sleeve is up too high and needs to be dropped to the bottom position. Thanks.

After lowering the sleeves and bottoming out the perches, I'm down to 13". Was hoping for 12.5", but it is what it is. Thanks again for the help.

Try running shorter springs. At those spring rates, you could easily go down to a 6" spring. Try a 7" spring first and go from there.
