Default h&r sport springs

i a looking for a good set of springs and leaning toward the h&r's but just looking for input toward any experiences with them and i have seen some springs like the skunk2's that require axle spacers i am trying to avoid that. i am not looking to slam the s just some better springs a little stiffer then stock to handle the twisties

I think you're looking at the right spring if it's a little stiffer ride and a moderate drop that you're after.
I had the Koni's for a while and recently installed the H&R springs.
I gotta say I love the ride so far.
Overall ride is smoother, but on some occasions, it feels stiffer.
FYI, the H&R springs are progressive, so it won't hurt the ride comfort that much.

I have the h and r sport springs, to be honest it feels like stock just the way I like it, i was worried about it being a little too bumpy but it's fine, you might scrape just a little on your lip if you have one, but other than that I love it been almost 4k now with them on absolutely no problems at it, I pretty much just wanted to cover up the wheel cap a little and it worked. Good luck on installing the driverside rear spring though.

thanks for the great info guys so no spacers needed? yea i am not looking to drop it all that much but i do drive real aggressively i just want something to keep me a little more level in hard turns and transitions and with them being progressive rate i figured the ride wouldn't be compromised

I am running H&R's on stock shocks. Have had this setup for about 13k miles and really like them. I don't track the car or anything. Just wanted to close up some of the tire to fender gap. Here's a few pics with 18" rims. You can click on the pics to enlarge them if you want a closer view.

Am I missing something here? I've been on Skunk2s for over two years and haven't needed any kind of spacer.
