Front wheel stuck

Front wheel stuck
Went to get new rears. While at the shop guy told and showed me the front passenger wheel doesn't spin freely without resistance. It still spins just not as freely as the right. Replaced pads and rotors a year ago myself and have not had any issues driving, braking, or crazy noises. Checked the rotor no grooves from grinding and pads seem fine. Haven't had the wheel off to look at anything yet, but hoping someone could point me in the right direction.

Your caliper slide pins are likely siezed. Or your pads have siezed to the caliper hardware.
Slides should be greased with brake lubricating grease (anti sieze is not lubricating grease, BTW).
Pad tips where they touch the caliper hardware should also be greased. Caliper hardware should be cleaned/sanded. Anti sieze is probably ok to use in this area.
