Coilovers are seized

Coilovers are seized
I can't adjust my BC racing coilovers type RS to go higher or lower. It's just stuck and I can't move it at all. Yes, I do know which way is to go up or down. Yes, I did loosen the lock ring. It is the top collar, or adjustment one, that is stuck. I tried:
- PB blaster
- wd40
- hitting the collar with a flat head and a hammer
- using a long pipe with the coilover wrench (ended up bending the coilover wrench and I had to hammer it back to normal)
And yes, my coilovers are not maxed out because I know it can go lower. I was slammed before so I know what that looks like. I still have a good finger gap in the rear. The front can go lower, but at a certain point it also gets stuck. With the current setup I'm going for, it's not going to go any lower. It is just the rear that needs lowering.
EDIT: I only had these coilovers since August. So it has been on my car for about a year now.

try doing the reverse direction... and then clean in the holes in the bottom bit. Try to remove as much dirt as possible before undoing as one bit of grit will stop it turning easily.
I had my BC coilovers on for a year, through snow and dirt and they were dirty as hek! Gave them a clean first then undone them and gave them a full clean.
