I believe the swift spec Rs were made for the CR dampers, slightly stiffer spring rate and those who have put em on the track havent complained much about riding bump stops etc...

I put on the whiteline fsb and it made a pretty big difference. less oversteer and more neutral now, the car really sticks. And less body roll which makes it corner flatter and makes it easier to drive. All in all, a worthwhile mod
