Clicking/Popping sound from passenger front suspension.
I have recently gotten a pop or clicking sound from the front right suspension. I mostly get it when turning the wheel hard to the right. All the suspension was checked. ALl bolts are tight. There is a slight crack on the control arm metal mounting tabs. I hear that can be normal? Would that possibly cause it?
I recently installed ground controls on koni yellows. I have the front very low. All bolts are fully tightened. Nothing is loose there. Anything else to check? Sway bar end links are good and tight.

a normal crack? um..not sure where to start with this one, perhaps you should host a picture of the damage.
are you getting the pop while cornering or it makes that noise even if you are turning the wheel while not moving at all?
we'll take your words for it when you said EVERYTHING is tight, I would start looking for wore out parts like tie rod ends, and joints.

Can't really get a picture of the crack I am talking about. It is a hairline crack in the metal bracket/mount for the control arm. From what I hear it is somewhat common to happen with lots of miles.
I am currently on the stock sway bar so far. Saner will be going in in a few weeks. Seems to be when cornering I think. But at slower speeds it seems if I am remembering it correctly. I notice it the most when turning into a parking spot or a slow right turn like that.

I think it actually started happening a little bit after an alignment. Not too bad but then got worse after the ground controls were installed.
