Buddy Club N+

I just picked up a set of Buddy Club N+ and was wondering if they came with dust boots because they don't have any on them.
Are they necessary? If so where can I buy some before I put them on?

Mine came with the dust boots shown in this picture:

I don't know where you would buy them if yours don't have them.
