brake squeal?

brake squeal?
This has really been bugging me.
Im running EBC Green Stuff brake pads with aftermarket ceramic cross drilled rotors..
Both have been put on for less than 5,000km.
For some reason at the first contact point of braking, the'll squeal like no tommorow. (ie: slowing down from 60km/hr to whatever)
...but once it squeals and i let go completely of the brakes, and re-apply them, they'll be quiet???
This has really been bugging me since i thought that my previous power slot rotors were the problem.

Hmmm, not sure why it doesn't squeel the second time around. Did you apply any brake anti-squeal paste to the shims?

ohh yeah, if anything, ive over applied it since after they started squealing the first time around, i took everything apart again and re-applied the anti-squeal. and it still does this..
im thinking that its the pads (EBC green stuff), but according to how their advertised, they should be OEM replacement type of pads. Ive had power slot rotors before and it squeaked with those before i switched to slotted/drilled rotors, and yet still the same affect.
the super weird thing is that if they squeaked while cold, it'd be normal. But mines squeak while their warmed up aswell.
This just really bugs me since i still have a good 90% out of the pads, and basically brand new rotors with less that 1000km on them!
anyone who has an idea, please enlighten me before i try out a new set of pads.

The S2000 is a roadster manufactured by the Japanese automaker Honda Motor Company. It was launched in April 1999 and was created to celebrate the company's 50th anniversary. The car was first shown as a concept at the Tokyo Motor Show in 1995, following which it was launched in world markets in 1999. The S2000 is named for its engine displacement of 2 L, carrying on in the tradition of the S500, S600, and S800 roadsters of the 1960s.
Several revisions were made throughout the car's lifetime, including changes to the engine, gearbox, suspension and interior and exterior. Officially two variants exist: the initial launch model was given the chassis code AP1, while the AP2 designation was given to vehicles produced from mid-2003 onwards. Though cosmetically similar, the AP2 incorporated significant changes to the drivetrain and suspension. Production of the S2000 ceased in June 2009.

Sounds like rotors not pads.
Ceramic rotors are a new one on me though.
