Bleeder valve replacement?

Bleeder valve replacement?
I gravity bleed my brakes yesterday. When loosening the 10mm rear passenger bleeder valve, the metal edges of hexagon shaped valve head had been stripped away from prior loosening attempts and the head is now essentially a circle, making it impossible to loosen with a box wrench. I eventually got it loose by using a propane torch around the base and needle nose pliers.
I need to get a replacement valve, and have a couple of questions:
1. Is this something I need to get from Honda? Or can I get the right one for the S from autozone?
2. When I take out the old valve and screw the new one in, am I at risk if introducing air to the system? Do I need to bleed the brakes again?
3. Is replacing the valve as easy as unscrewing the old one and screwing new one in?
Thanks for the help. I have a MY 2000.

You can get it from any decent parts store. I would bring the old one to make sure they get the threads right.
You just unscrew the old one, screw in the new one. Yes, you can introduce some air, but only a little, and it will be at the end of the line, so easy to bleed.
