Default Bilstein PSS9 springs help PLEASE

Been searching all over for this with nothing. Trying to get diff spring rates because the ones that come with it is too soft for hpde driving. I'm a noob when it comes to this. Does anybody here know the spring length and I.D. that'll fit so i know what to order. If you have the helper spring specs that'll be great too. Thanks in advance.

I think it's like 2.75", length is dependent on rate

I'm looking at swift springs http://www.swiftsprings.net/products...prings-70.html , here's what i got so far.

ID 70MM (2.76") - 8" Length
9kg front and 8kg rear

I've tried to call swift but they didn't know which would fit. any help would be appreciated.

The tender springs are 85lbs for the front and 135lbs for the rear per bilstein for PSS's a few years back.

I think 8" springs should work, I was using 7" 12/10kgmm springs without tender springs and was close to the top of the damper for adjustment range. You might be limited on how high you can get the car meaning you might not be able to reach stock height.
Are you using Honda bump stops or bilstein ones. I used honda bump stops, since they put quite a bit more effort into the design.

This is just guess work from the limited info I have.

Sounds like 7" with the tender springs on 9k/8k should work, if 7" without tender springs worked on 12k/10k. A 500 lb spring should compress a little more than an inch less than a 350 lb spring, assuming a 700 lb corner weight. I'm considering doing the same with some PSS9's, and using 500/450 spring rates until its time for a revalve and a move up to 700/600 … simply because these suckers are so hard to find used.

I guess it all depends on the compressed length of the tender spring at this point and how low or high you want your car.

I believe I have 8-9k swift springs sitting in my garage, ran with no helper springs. I run 12-11k now, let me know if your interested id let them for a good price.

The spring IDs are 70mm, choose length based on what the others have suggested.

I believe it was khaosman who runs the 70mm id swift springs in the 6 inch length and reports of no problems with the coils binding into eachother. He autoxs fairly regularly as well.
