Default Anyone Tried H&R Coilovers ? Any Good ?

Tirerack has a closeout on H&R coilovers, the price seems good. I know H&R makes good springs , I don't know much about their coilovers or if the know much about shocks. The coilovers are only height adjustable, no adjustments on the shocks, but that doesn't bother me as long as their shocks are decent quality. This would be for a street-driven only S2000. If anyone has experience with H&R coilovers I'd be interested to hear opinions on them. Thanks for reading.

They're most likely Bilstein PSS's unless something has changed recently.

Thanks for the quick reply, I thought they looked a lot like the PSS's. The PSS's would be my other choice. The H&R's are on closeout deal just under $1,000.00, PSS's are only $100 more , give or take.

they are rebranded bilstein pss's shocks, Ive got bilstein pss and they feel like stock albeit slightly stiffer. On the track they feel like theyve got slightly more compression/rebound vs my MY02 setup. Thats a pretty good price as well, I have no idea on what spring rates are on them, from what Ive read they were 350lb/in all around.

I just installed the H&Rs on my car last week. Love them so far. Rides more comfortably than stock on the street and handles great. Haven't really put too many miles on them yet but they are definitely a high quality piece. The dampers actually say Bilstein on them.

They were on my car when I bought it.
Great coils. Very smooth and comfortable but swapped them out for Stance GR+ Pros instead.
